Enjoy a leisurely breakfast from 6.30am until 9.30am (7am – 10am at weekends) with stunning views of the Great Lake when served in the Lakeside Restaurant.
Begin with freshly brewed tea and coffee and enjoy a wide range of breakfast items from our hot and cold buffets including locally sourced sausages, free range eggs and home-made muesli; Kippers or poached haddock are also available on request.
Leaving early? An early bird breakfast is available upon request. Room service breakfast is also offered at a surcharge per person.
Our spacious restaurant is open seven nights a week serving imaginative, modern cuisine. A three course menu is available to all guests on ‘dinner inclusive’ packages with supplements for steaks. For guests staying on a bed and breakfast rate, choose from two or three courses depending on how hungry you are!
The fine food is complemented a wide choice of drinks from the bar including two regular real ales and a varied and fairly priced wine list with a good selction offered by the glass.

The Lakeside Restaurant is also a popular venue for Sunday Lunch and attracts families and groups from across the region. Table bookings taken from 12.30pm until 2.30pm with a traditional three course Sunday lunch choice menu from head chef Terry Malyon and his brigade of chefs and served by our friendly and experienced food and beverage team.
Resident pianist Richard Harvey provides the atmosphere and there are occasional special themed lunches.
Celebrating a birthday? Feel free to bring in a cake and we will happily cut and present it for you if desired.
