We’ve been busy adding additional aqua classes to our fitness class schedule with Sue Wynn.  Sue has long been a key member of the Patshull Park fitness team with her motivating and welcoming aqua aerobics classes in our swimming pool.  In fact, Sue has been teaching fitness classes in the Wolverhampton area for over 28 years now, and has been at Patshull Park for over a decade and has now established herself as a very popular instructor with our members.

Leisure members have long benefited from free fitness classes as part of their fitness membership, and the addition of another aqua aerobics class has been welcomed by all of our fitness class regulars.  If you are interested in becoming a Leisure member at Patshull Park, please visit our Membership page where you can find our membership options. The flexibility to come to any of our fitness classes as a non-member has always been an advantage at Patshull Park Health & Fitness Club.  We enjoy seeing members and non-members alike when they join us for any of our fitness classes, and more often than not we find that regular visitors will join the Leisure Club to save money.

Did you know that as part of your Leisure membership, there is no limit on how many times you can come to our fitness classes?  We have more than a dozen weekly classes that will interest people with a wide range of fitness levels.  Our Aqua Aerobics, Aqua Jogging and Strengthen Up classes are particularly popular with those that enjoy a low-impact style of class.  With classes being only 45 minutes long, we find that attendees can get an effective workout without it feeling overwhelmingly long.

A popular choice in today’s fitness community. Groups and individuals use this ancient, classic yoga style to get fit and encourage a healthy mind-body connection.

Aqua Jogging

This is great for your cardiovascular system and gentle on your muscles and joints. As well as being ankle-friendly, aqua jogging offers you a better workout with less effort.
