The Fitness team have been hosting lots of different fitness classes for years, and are now looking to extend their offering.  We’re giving YOU the chance to tell us when and what classes you’d like to see added to our list!

Our current offering can be seen below.  Would you like to see a weights-based class, high-impact, martial arts or therapeutic?  We would love to hear your feedback, so please talk to any of the Fitness team who would be happy to listen in person, or call 01902 701260.

Aqua Aerobics Classes
Tuesday 11:00 – 11:45am
Wednesday 9:30 – 10:15am
£FREE members, £7 non members/residents
A fun water based workout which will improve cardiovascular fitness without placing stress on the joints and is suitable for everyone.

Aqua Jogging
Monday 6.30-7.15pm
Thursday 9.30-10.15am
£FREE members, £7 non members/residents
This is great for your cardiovascular system and gentle on your muscles and joints. As well as being ankle-friendly, aqua jogging offers you a better workout with less effort.

Yoga Classes
Monday 7:30 – 8:30pm
£FREE members, £7 non members/residents
A popular choice in today’s fitness community. Groups and individuals use this ancient, classic yoga style to get fit and encourage a healthy mind-body connection.

Tuesday 6:30 – 7:30pm
£FREE members, £7 non members/residents
This high energy boxing workout is suitable for all. Working with a partner, using gloves and focus pads to burn hundreds of calories.

Contemporary and Street Dance
Wednesday 6.00pm-6.45pm, (6-12 year olds)
Wednesday 6.45pm-7.30pm (13-20 year olds)
£5.00 per class or £18.00 for per month
Each week will alternate between contemporary and street dance with Leah Jones.

Wednesday 10.00 – 11.00am
Wednesday 11:00am – 12.00pm

Pilates is a system of low impact exercise and movements designed to strengthen and stretch the body.

Circuit Training
Thursday 6:30 – 7:30pm
£FREE members, £7 non members/residents
Circuit training conditions your body using high intensity exercises, full body movements and resistance training. An amazing class for those looking to build strength, muscular endurance and burn fat.

Tuesday 7:30 – 8:30pm
£FREE members, £7 non members/residents
Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people and burn a ton of calories without even realising it.
