Our Fitness Team are fully qualified to assist you in the gym, no matter what your fitness goals may be. Whether you’d like to lose weight, tone up or build muscle then our Personal Trainers can explain, demonstrate and motivate you to achieving whatever you’ve set for yourself.
Each member of the Team has their individual specialities, including nutrition, bodybuilding, endurance or dealing with medical conditions so you’re in safe hands. As industry standard, they are all NVQ Level 2 Gym Instructing qualified as a minimum to ensure that their teachings are safe within the gym environment.
