At Patshull Park, we host many different types of business meeting. In many cases, business people are looking for a halfway point between their two bases, where they can meet on neutral territory.

Others have an office close to our location but want or need to meet off-site. For example, they may need a quiet, confidential location to carry out staff appraisals – or they may wish to gain perspective on a business challenge that they are facing by working in a different environment, away from the stresses, strains and interruptions of the day-to-day back at base.

When choosing a venue for a business meeting it is important to consider a range of different factors:

Location

Obviously, the venue needs to be in a location that is convenient for the key parties. But we would also suggest you should consider the type of location you are looking for for your meeting. At Patshull Park we are very close to major towns such as Wolverhampton and Telford, yet at the same time we are located in the countryside, offering you a peaceful, tranquil environment for your meeting.

Range and capacity of rooms

You will also need to consider how many people you need to accommodate and the amount of space each of those people will need to facilitate the task in hand. We have a wide range of meeting rooms, from ‘board room’ style rooms up to much larger rooms in which you could hold a conference. Service

Of course, you will want to be reassured that your meeting is being held in a location where you will get good service from friendly, helpful staff. We’re hugely proud that we’ve recently been awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, an award which is only given to the top 10% of establishments, that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews.

Food

Do you need a venue that can serve you food and drink, and if so, what type? Again, at Patshull Park we can offer a wide range of options and a lot more flexibility than you might expect – that’s one of the benefits of being an independent, family run hotel. Cost

We are all aware that in recent times many businesses have been finding it harder to make ends meet, and many have cut back on expenditure on facilities such as meeting rooms and corporate events. Those added extras

Maybe you need an extra flip chart or a projector and laptop for your presentation? Various items of equipment are available for hire at a small additional charge. We can also tailor team building days to your requirements – maybe an ‘It’s a Knockout’ type event, or a spot of Clay Pigeon Shooting?

After the meeting, you might want to consider extending your visit with a round of golf, a visit to our health and fitness facilities, or an overnight stay in one of our hotel bedrooms.
