This month, we welcome our all-new Head Chef Richard to Patshull Park Hotel. Richard has been in the catering industry for the past twenty three years, having previously worked in nearby restaurants.
When asked about his ambitions for food and drink, Rich emphasised on his desire for Patshull Park to be known for ‘great quality, home-cooked food at a good price.’
Speaking about his experience so far, Richard commented, “We have a young and enthusiastic kitchen team here, and we’re all working hard to maintain the high quality standards that Patshull Park has long had a reputation for, whilst exploring some exciting new menu options that are guaranteed to delight our customers.
Richard has in previous weeks worked tirelessly behind the scenes to create a delicious new Summer Menu for the new season, full of great ideas like Pesto Crusted Trout Fillets, caught fresh from our Great Lake, and Smoked Chicken and Chorizo Tagliatelle.
